When you onboard, we pair you with assistants whose specific skills, experience, and availability fit your needs. You meet them and approve the fit before any commitment.

All team members are independent professionals managed by Be Epic Assistant LLC. We handle screening, contracts, training, and quality control, so you have a single, simple point of contact and no HR overhead on your side.

Plans are flexible: hourly, monthly, or project-based. After your discovery call, you’ll get a written proposal with tasks, hours, and total cost. No surprise invoices, no minimums beyond what we’ve agreed.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the fit isn’t perfect, we provide a replacement at no extra cost, until you’re confident in the match. We’d rather change the VA than lose the client.

Most clients are matched within 48 hours of their discovery call. Onboarding takes 3, 5 business days after that, depending on the complexity of your tools and workflows. From your first email to your VA working on day one: typically a week.

Our talent pool is global, with strong representation in the Philippines, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Time zones are factored into matching, if you need substantial overlap with US business hours, we make sure your VA can offer that.
